Amalthia is more than a farm. Founded by agronomist-technologist Dimitris Minopoulos, Amalthia sits on the slopes of Florina, northern Greece, spanning 35 acres of farmland. Here, we care for our goats and land with dedication, producing milk that reflects our values of quality, purity, and respect for nature.
